This clip shows the launch of a PTDS kite balloon (aerostat) on Camp Slayer on the Victory Base Complex in Baghdad. I was on the roof of the Victory Over America Palace which was less than half-a-mile from the site. The superimposed imagery are stills from Baghdad and Afghanistan.
